The remainder of the Bermuda Educators Council Act 2002 came into force on 13 August 2010 by BR 51 of 2010. Sections 2, 4-20 and Schedule 2 are now in force. Previously, only section 1 and Schedule 1 were in force as of 31 December 2002. The full text of the Act can be found here on the Bermuda Laws Online website.
