The Traffic Offences Procedure Amendment Act 2010 sets out a new procedure for dealing with parking offences including raising the fixed penalty from $50 to $75 and increasing that penalty if paid not paid by certain time limits up to $150. It also introduces the requirement that all parking fines must be paid before a vehicle can be licenced.
